A WOW MOMENT 7 MONTHS OUT

I am 7 months out and I broke the 100 mark!! I am down to 174 from 275. Lost a total of 101 in 7 months ***wow*** I am so amazed and proud of myself... My doctor kissed and hugged me also... All my blood work is also good ... I hope I can inspire anyone. I feel so great and I am a new person thanks to this surgery! Happy thanksgiving everyone yvette

Great Job I hope I can come close to that I had my open RNY on the 7th and get my staples and tubes out tommorrow but its been rough I had a major problem during surgery so the dr told me to take it real easy and not over do it at all untill he see's me tommorrow two weeks appt. you are someone that is doing so wonderful gl in the future cathy
