I know that your excited. I only have to do clear liquids for two days, still get a little turkey for thanksgiving.

hi my name is sandy angel and i have the same date as you . where are you haveing yours done? i am going to postfalls idaho dr. pennings. i have ben on the optifast diet for a month had to loose 30 lbs. yikeeeeessss! ive lost 20 and i am starving but i already feel so much better. i am so excited . good luck to you.

Hi Sandy Im' having my surgery in Nashville, Tenn. Dr. Houston is doing mine. He's great, he explains everything but doesn't sugar coat a thing. Just the way I like it. I've had to go on a high protein low carb diet since we sched. He wanted my liver defatted a little. It hasn't been to bad. the girls at work really have helped me.

I have the same date as well. I am in Michigan with Dr. Schram. I am getting nervous.
