Nov. 1st surgery date

Hi- I have a Nov. 1st surgery date. I am sooo excited! and also alittle nervous. Any suggestions anyone has to get through these next 2 weeks?

Sue Wow! November 1st is coming to quickly. How are you doing with everything? I am currently re-reading the book "WLS for Dummies" and the sections about preparing for surgery. There's a lot of great suggestions in there about make sure you have your house and fridge ready for you when you get home, what things to buy ahead of time (liquid Tylenol wasn't even on my radar) and what groceries to stock up on at the beginning. Great book indeed. What things have you done to get prepared? Pam
