Tracy- Good Luck. I am scheduled for Nov. 1st. and very excited as well. I don't have to do any liquids prior to surgery... but I haven't had my final meeting with the surgeon yet...that is scheduled for this week friday. Wish me luck! Luck and prayers to you as well. take care- sue

Hi from the west coast. I too have a Nov 7 date. I have also given up my favorites and started my protien diet yesterday. We can do this. I have a hard time skipping those inbetween snacks but those days are gone. Good Luck!!
