NOVEMBER 2, 2007 A new beginning.

This will be the day I begin a new phase of my life. It's funny but looking back on my life, it was in phases. Childhood, teen years, single motherhood, marriage, children, divorce, divorcee, and now as I roll towards the end of my 40's and into my 50's, a new healthy beginning to life. This is my chance, my shot to do it all over my way. A chance to make smart decisions and life the rest of my years healthy!

I hear you!! My surgery is for Nov. 2, too! I'm in my 50's, and I decided I needed to finally do something about my health...it's hard enough getting older without having to carry around 100+ extra pounds of weight. Best of luck with your surgery...I'll be thinking of you!! Judith P
