Lap-Band surgery on November 12th
I am so exicted....I received the call today....
I have so many thoughts I don't know where to start so I will just say that I am so grateful to the Bariatric staff at South San Francisco (SSF), CA Kaiser Permanente for their great program. I have learned so much about myself since I started my journey in April of this year. The lifestyle classes are an excellant source of information from the professionals and the post-op patients. I go to these classes every month at the Point West Kaiser in Sacramento, CA. Since I live in Sacramento that is the best location for me. I will have the surgery in SSF Kaiser.
