What do you know,  "I did it"  I am not too good on the computer in doing these things.
Anyway the first two days were not two bad, I made the split pea soup and it was very
good.  I drank water and water along with protein drinks and I made it though them.
I am starting my third day and think I will have the tuna patties, anything is worth a try
at this point on my journey.  Hope and Pray that this helps all of us.   When you girls
start this let me know and I will start it over again with you, just to REALLY GET BACK
ON TRACK.

Great job Shawn...... I am glad you are headed in the right direction..... It is so difficult, a lifetime struggle. I need to get back on track also as I am struggling with 20lbs now.

Good Job Shawn,
You have done so well in this last week.  I think, and I say I think again, I am back on track as well.  I am on day three of the pouch test.  I must say I am proud of myself, for sticking with it,
I have not weighed myself as of yet and do not plan on doing so until after day five.  I made the
split pea soup and it was so very good so that has been my staple for the two days of liquid, plus my protein drinks.  I think for the third day I will try the tuna patties.
Have you ever gone in to fitday.com it tracks your calories, carbs, and everything else for you, it is so easy, I love it.
Keep up the good work and keep me posted as I will you as to how you are doing.

Well, I am very proud of myself this week.... I have been a good girl.... LOL

I am back on track with my food and I even exercised 3 times in the past week.... Since last Thursday (when I told myself I had to focus), I have lost 8 pounds... Bringing me from 228 back down to 220.... I have not completely deprived myself of the things I love either, but I am back to reading labels and mentally counting my calories.... I need to start writing down my calories, but as long as the scale is moving in the right direction then I know I am doing something right.....

 

I just had to share my excitement with my November buddies.... I miss you all so much... I wish there were more activity on this board....

Hope everyone is having as great of a week as I am.... Talk to you all again soon...

my leags hurt sooo bad at night it feels like someone is pulling the tendens out of my legs thru my feet. Today I get up and my legs are still hurting. What vitamins doI need? I am 21/2 years out. I have not been good at taking them and I think this might have something to do with it.

Topic: What vitamins, ect do you take daily?
Hi, I wanted to know what vitamin and other medicine you were told to take daily? My doctor's office doesn't seem to up to date on what we should be taking. Someone told me I should be taking Vitamin D and I'm 2yrs and 2-months out and have never taken it.  Thanks, Pattie

I am with you sweetie.... I Have gained back about 40 pounds since last Spring... It is so frustrating after all that I have been through, but I know that there is no one to blame but myself.... I too need to get back on track, but can never seem to do it... I am just slowly trying to change small things every few days to get myself eating the way I am supposed to...  You have come this far, don't let 10 pounds get you down... Get back on track and just DO IT!!!!  I know you can....

I agree with Alan about support groups... you need something to keep you accountable... I know I just have this board here and it is not that active so I need something else.... I am not much for actual meetings, so I need to find something online....

Best of luck to you, We can do this!!!!  Don't give up!!!!
