What do you know, "I did it" I am not too good on the computer in doing these things.
Anyway the first two days were not two bad, I made the split pea soup and it was very
good. I drank water and water along with protein drinks and I made it though them.
I am starting my third day and think I will have the tuna patties, anything is worth a try
at this point on my journey. Hope and Pray that this helps all of us. When you girls
start this let me know and I will start it over again with you, just to REALLY GET BACK
ON TRACK.

You have done so well in this last week. I think, and I say I think again, I am back on track as well. I am on day three of the pouch test. I must say I am proud of myself, for sticking with it,
I have not weighed myself as of yet and do not plan on doing so until after day five. I made the
split pea soup and it was so very good so that has been my staple for the two days of liquid, plus my protein drinks. I think for the third day I will try the tuna patties.
Have you ever gone in to fitday.com it tracks your calories, carbs, and everything else for you, it is so easy, I love it.
Keep up the good work and keep me posted as I will you as to how you are doing.

Well, I am very proud of myself this week.... I have been a good girl.... LOL
I am back on track with my food and I even exercised 3 times in the past week.... Since last Thursday (when I told myself I had to focus), I have lost 8 pounds... Bringing me from 228 back down to 220.... I have not completely deprived myself of the things I love either, but I am back to reading labels and mentally counting my calories.... I need to start writing down my calories, but as long as the scale is moving in the right direction then I know I am doing something right.....
I just had to share my excitement with my November buddies.... I miss you all so much... I wish there were more activity on this board....

I am with you sweetie.... I Have gained back about 40 pounds since last Spring... It is so frustrating after all that I have been through, but I know that there is no one to blame but myself.... I too need to get back on track, but can never seem to do it... I am just slowly trying to change small things every few days to get myself eating the way I am supposed to... You have come this far, don't let 10 pounds get you down... Get back on track and just DO IT!!!! I know you can....
I agree with Alan about support groups... you need something to keep you accountable... I know I just have this board here and it is not that active so I need something else.... I am not much for actual meetings, so I need to find something online....
