1) 1577 2) 200 walk (not a HARD work out) 3) yes!!! 4) 100 5) challenging day ... stress -- just one ofthose mentally exhaustimng MOMMY days 6) workout HARD every day 7) 142 8) I was stressed and went to food - I've been doing so great TALKING BACK to my sabotaging thoughts .... today I just went for the FOOD - i'VE BEEN GOING TO BED FEELING GREAT tonight went to bed feeling defeated. CeCe, His name is going to be Evan William!!!! I have been sooo busy getting things ready to go, plus I had to go to my DIL's grandmother's house to get the bassinet that they need.... One more thing to pack into our already tight quarters... LOL.... Just to let you know, in the past week and a half I am down 7 pounds.... Woooo Hooooo.... Yeah Me!!!!!! I am ashamed to say it but I let my weight get back up to 212 and as of today I am back down to 205.... Hopefully when I get back from Louisiana I will be below the 200 mark and back into ONEderland..... I would be happy if I just stayed the same though... KWIM.... I know my mom is planning on making a pot of spagetti, so I have a box of whole wheat noodles that I am taking for me... I am taking some frozen chicken strips to make a stir fry with and I am taking about 4 round steaks to make up... Plus I am taking whole wheat bread with some sliced turkey to eat while we are on the road.... OH and I am so excited (for another reason)... On the way back we are going to swing through Alabama and stay a night or two with my BFF... She moved down there a few years ago and I have only seen her like 3 times since she has moved.... I am soooo geeked.... It is going to be a great trip... Between the arrival of Evan and going to see my friend Jen!!!! Too bad I am going to be gone over my 10 year wedding anniversary.... Oh well, my son, DIL and Grandson are more important right now... LOL... Well, I am rambling now and I Have to get back to packing and getting things ready for the trip.... Shawn, How exciting! I still find it hard to believe that you are going to be a grandma! You're too young! I'm so, so sorry that your son will be deploying within a month of the baby's birth. That's not fair. I can't remember if you've told us the grandson's name (if you want to share it). We will miss you and I KNOW that the positive attitude you've had lately will see you through. You are doing so well! I'm glad your mom isn't the kind to want to stop at all the fast food places!! Have a great time and we hope you will get to check in with us! CeCe

1. 854 cal, 30 g carbs, 101 g protien 2. 30 min upper body workout - boxing workout that is awesome! 3. I sure did 4. 60 oz 5. really craved sugar today!!! went and got some sugar free candies to curb the craving a bit. The peanut butter malt balls were out again today and I told myself I could have ONE at the end of the day as I was leaving and I managed to do just that. 6. exercise - got out of bed this morning and did it! Planning my meals - did okay with this today. I did plan out my day but with the sugar cravings I fudged a little on my times because if I didn't eat something that was good for me I would have eaten something bad for me. 7. maintain my current weight and eating plans 8. Today was hard but I stayed strong and made it through the day without giving in to that nasty little voice saying..."it doesn't matter, just one more day of doing what you want isn't going to hurt anything" Yeah right!

1) 882 2) 550 calories burned - jogging / walking steep incline on the treadmill for 30 minutes - elliptical 20 minutes - 135 walking lunges with 12 pound weights in each hand - arms - 25 minutes 3) you bettcha 4) 128 = 1 gallon 5) still no coffee and ceamer and I am just fine ... I am focused and the scale is moving - YA-HOO 6) WORK OUT HARD EVERYDAY at the gym this week 7) 142 8) I feel energized who's next
