Great job everyone,
sorry I've been gone for a while, work has been really crazy.
The scale finally moved down after about two months of being stuck at 184. I finally started going to the gym and getting in more exercise. I need to go a little more often, but it's a start.

this week - 181
lost 3 lbs

I forgot to post my goals for the week and it helps to do it so I thought I should do an additional post. I think I'm actually going to have the same goals this week as last. They still needs some work.
Mini goal - continue to plan my meals, exercise at least five days this week.
Big goal - maintain my current weight and eating plan.

I'm feeling like I'm back on track I've been doing the Beck daily deal. My goals for the week are exercise and no late night snacking.

I'm still at 155 this week. Since my plan is to maintain I'm thinking I'm doing pretty good

8) I am faithully logging my intake and recorded my exercise calories, calories eating, weight, and notes daily. It helps me!!
I am not going to post it on here any longer - but I know logging all of this daily - WORKS FOR ME!

due to lack of participation the BECK chat has been canceled. I think everyone is too busy this summer.
anyway ... CeCe and I talked about doing a once PER MONTH general chat .... jUST SHOOTING THE breeze with WLS related stuff -
