I lost a pound! That doesn't sound like much, but I used to gain 10 pounds every convention. We had three of those fancy three hour dinners, so I'm feeling pretty successful!
Wishing you a happy week!

So glad to hear that you are doing so well... I have been thinking about you a lot lately and wondering how things were.... Congrats on the one year anniversary... Todd and I just had our 10 year while I was gone in Louisiana... It was hard to be away from him during a time we should have been together celebrating, but we did talk on the phone that day....
WTG on holding your weight up... I know what a struggle that has been for you.... I am so glad that you are doing so well with that... You look terrific!! Tell Henry I said congrats on the new job.... That is just awesome.... Keep us posted on how everything is going...
Take care....

Hi All
The summer has been really busy havent been home until last night for a couple of months ie nowhere near my scales !!
As I have been in five countries twenty hotels since my last post I was expecting the worst but my plateax continues I have until end of Jan to hit my goal of halving my start weight of 444 lbs ....
Current 270 so 48 lbs to go which is a bit daunting .
ie 2lbs a week that sounds better
Must get into routine
Happy days
Good to see you all doing well

Let's see...I can typically eat two slices of pizza at a time or a half sandwich, one ground beef enchilada with a bit of salad, 2 oz of tuna salad, a cup of pasta w/ sauce, less is there is meat. I can eat probably two cups of salad (again, no meat), plain chicken less than 2 oz, beef and pork, the same, even if it's in a sauce.
I'd snack constantly if I let myself. So yeah, I have to be pretty strict about it most of the time. For awhile I was staying under 30 grams of carbs per day but that was in an effort to loose weight which didn't work in the least. I've kind of gotten off that band wagon but it helps to do it for three or four days a week just to stay on track. Otherwise I just really try to plan my meals and limit my grazing to veggies or a piece of fruit and even that grazing I keep pretty limited or I tend to go off the deep end.

Hi Corinna, Thanks for replying :).. Question like an example of what you eat...A pizza or a sandwich how much of it do you eat??ummm i dont really measure food like i should i guess by now i kinda learned how much i can handle.I dont do very well with meat either. But i sometime wonder if i eat to much.I try to get under 165 and no matter what i do no pounds drop but i am satisfied where i am at.You look great by the way.Do you snack at all?Are you on a strict diet?? Well hope to hear from you.. Take care.. Stefanie :)

Hello Everyone,
Thought I would let you know how we are doing. For myself I am doing good, still working, still watching what I eat and drink lots of water, I hang around 140 to 143 dont want to go over. Had all surgeries gallbladder, historectomy, eyes and I feel great.
My daughter had her RYN Aug 30 2007 and she is down 105 lbs, she now weighs 134. She had a wow moment that we both were thrilled about. She plays baseball, she is 34 years young, and the year before she had to quit playing ball because she was so big that she could not make it around the bases, well she was up to bat and two outs, bases loaded, all she had to do wa**** the third base in, which she did and they won the game, her coach came out and lifted her ABOVE his head and spun her around he was so excited, she said "Mom I was so shocked, no on has ever picked me up above their head and spun me around, I felt so good, just know that a year ago he would not of even of thought of picking me up" what a "wow" moment for her. I was so thrilled for her.
Thought I would share with all of you, what a wonderful surgeries that we all have had.

Hi Kim,
So glad for you that you have held steady at 117, I have been praying for you all along that you would over come and sure enough you did, whoohoo.
I am so very glad for you that you and Henry have recommitted and that the both of you are grandparents again.
I am also glad that Henry got his license and that the dough should be rollin in soon, I can hardly wait for you. I know what it is like to want that dough to cough up sooner than soon. My husband is retired and I still work and when I am off on surgery, I cannot wait to get back to work so that I will get that check coming back in.
I am doing well, I hold around 140 worth of poundage and I am happy at that weight, I stick with my 3 or 4 oz and drink lots and lots and lots of water, I seem to be able to guzzle now though so I try to not drink to much at one time.
Take care
Chrisy
