Wow!!! love that Protein.  I am just trying to get back on the wagon.  I've gained 20 pounds.

Today my plan was... and remains... all liquid protein and exercise.  I haven't exercised yet but it is in the plan for the evening.  I'll go while my daughter is at gymnastics.

Thanks for posting and I'll be checking back daily!

You are doing great maintaining and that is still with swelling - can you imagine when its all gone? Sorry to hear about your back - I hope you feel better soon. Sounds lie you had teh PERFECT fall weekend.

Good morning everyone!  I just had a WONDERFUL weekend with my sweetie.  It was a gorgeous fall weekend.  I planted tulip, daffodil, lily and hyacinth bulbs (still have the crocus to put in) and we went to the beach and had a fall picnic an a beautiful drive there and back with all of the fall colors. 

Unfortunately I'm having back troubles and not able to work out.  I'm sure it has something to do with my posture (it's been pretty slumpy since my LBL) so I'm trying to sit up straight and walk with my shoulders back this week, try to get everything in line again.

Current weight: 144
Goal weight: 142
range: 142-147

Lost 148 pounds to date :-)

Hi everyone.  I had a really good week last week I exercised in pool 3 times last week and did a session of weight training.  My headaches are better which I am so glad about.  I went on a mad cleaning spree and cleaned out all of my drawers in my bedroom yesterday. Put away all my summer clothes and got out the winter clothes.  I am so jealous Britt that you have cards ordered I've been thinking about what we're going to do.  I made cards for the first time last year and I picked the hardest card imaginable.

Hey everyone -

Sorry, I am later than usual getting this posted. Crazy morning.

Anyway, I had a great weekend and we got our Holday photos done and I even ordered my Christmas cards already. Now if i could just get my holiday shopping started...I'd really be ahead of the eight ball. That would be wonderful. The scale is up a pound -- It's coming up on that time of the month - and this is the norm for me.

I have been working out hard at the gym and leaving there sweaty (I love that!!)

So, tell me ... how are you doing?

Kiddo has gymnastics today so I'll have to go for some outdoor intervals. 

This will be a crazy week for me.  I train with my Trainer on Tuesday and Thursday, but I have the LIVESTRONG 5K and 65 Mile bike ride this weekend, so I won't be hitting it hard with the plans for next weekend.  My goal this week is to eat right!
