I think there are a few LUCKY ones that do not have to watch and or exercise ....but for the most part, I think MOST do watch what they eat and exercise ...you know follow the rules.
2 pounds lost is terrific!
you have your accceptable range - remember we all have a NORMAL weight flucation from day to day.

Lost two pounds this week, I will not be surprised if they or at least one is back in the morning, that is the way it has been going with me, as long as I do not get over the 145 I am VERY happy. I really would like to get to the 140 and stay there as long as I have stayed between the 140 to 145 range. It is just the I will really have to excercise and really watch what I eat just like everyone else does.

Just another week in weight loss paradise, I can’t believe it is going on 2 years since my surgery day. Every day is still a new adventure for me, I still wake up ever day and think what can I do today that I could not do yesterday. My numbers are still the same as last week. Hope everyone has a good week. Alan

He has been there every step of the way during this whole PS ordeal. He let me whine and complain, he let me cry on him, he stripped my drains for me, helped me get up and down a thousand times, took me to all my Drs appointments, he even removed my catheter the day after surgery. He scratches my itchy skin around my scar, he lets me whine and cry on him some more, he went and bought romance novels (my reading of choice) when I had to be in the hospital unexpectedly, he put on my socks and shoes for weeks, he helped me use the bathroom the first few days when I couldn't do it by myself, he let me whine and cry on him a little more, he did all the laundry and dishes and cooking and shopping for weeks...and never once has he complained or was annoyed if I asked for the tiniest thing...seriously...how in the world did I get so lucky??

I'm so glad we are all back online.
I have been struggeling some but I am recommitted today. Today I did all liquid and plan on doing it for at least five and then back to journalling my food. I'm embarrassed about what I have eaten.
I have had horrible headaches - I think they are caffine related. For the year I didnt have any my headaches pretty much went away. So I'm slowly trying to kick the caffine too. I will not give up the achieve one though - that will be all the caffine I allow myself.
