Hi CeCe.....I haven't had any major cold or infection lately, but that is very interesting to hear about that! Of course my whol family is sick right now, youngest ds is home with a horrible chest/sinus cold. I did have the episode of stomach virus last Sat but that was one day and of course this weight loss has been progressing over a period of time not just last weekend. I am happy my labs were perfect though, I think out of everything that is what I worry about the most considering our malabsorption. I'm sure you will not gain 20lb overnight, although if you are like me sometimes you feel as if you do!! Which I know we don't but it's the mind games that play on us sometimes. Michelle

I do not dream like this - Interesting I think you so badly want to keep it off - It's on your mind even when you are sleeping! Hi Wanda, I am happy that I am holding here - BUT ITS WORK! I would love to get to 135 to have some "wiggle room" But I think I'd struggle to maintain???? Not Sure ... We'll see what happens after the Holdays pass. You know I weigh daily - So after a Holiday party If the scale is up a pound I am CAREFUL in what I eat and drink EXTRA water to rid that pound (I am ) I just DO NOT want that weight to come back!!!! 132 IS AMAZING Wanda!!! YOU weight 132!!!!! Randy is adorable - Eat eat!!!! (who would have thought?) 132 is a beautiful number to be I'd like to be 137 (I was 139 for a week - I liked seeing 1 "3" 9 on my scale. Look at you holding steady at 140. You're doing great with your maintenance! I'm still bouncing between 132-134. I'm not making much progress in my 5 pound challenge. My goal was to be at 130 by Christmas Eve, It sounds so possible, but yet I just can't seem to get past 132 or even to stay at 132. Randy keeps trying to feed me because he thinks I'm "too boney" so that's not helping matters much. I don't blame him. I know I'm in control. Hope you all have a great week! Wanda

Sending you all HOLIDAY ((((HUGS)))))) I hope all of you had a great week and are "wrapping up" your Holiday shopping and preparations. I have to get wrapping!!!!! I felt like I was so ahead of the eight ball and now I feel like I am losing ground . I have been sick for the past week with a cold - I wasn't able to work out all week (last)! It was killing me, my 1st time! I plan on trying to start back again this week - I'll take it easy - but at least I'll get back to my routine - BUT ... I am still battling this cold - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Holiday Parties have been a lot of fun - but there are so many temptations, its challenging. I am glad we do not have any more until Christmas!!!! How are you guys doing with holiday temptations? how are you 5 pound challenge people doing? Here we go here are my stats ... Starting weight 250.5 Last week = 140 This week = 140 Loss this week = 0 Total loss = 110.5 Current BMI = 22.6 Be Determined! You can do this - keep your eye on the prize! I don't think you are planning on failing... I am having a hard time getting rid of that last box of clothes myself.... I have it boxed up, but just can't bring myself to give it away... So I know where you are coming from on that one.... I don't think it means we are planning on failing, we just have had to keep those bigger clothes for so many times in the past that it is hard to let go... I can't believe that I buy 8's and 10's either, but I do, and I just can't seem to get rid of those 12's and even some smaller 14's.... I will hang onto them for as long as I feel I need to, when I am ready I will get rid of them... you should do the same.... you made need to hold onto them for even a year before you feel comfortable getting rid of them and if that is what you need to do.... then just do it.... But don't stress over it... Please please.... you don't need the added stress... You are such an inspiration and I have faith that you will not fail at this... You are the picture of strength and will power..... Don't even think that holding onto something is a plan to fail.... Have a great day.... HUGs, Shawn M.
