Good Monday Morning to All of Us!!
I did not do to well this week, but I did have a lose of one more pound, they seem to come right back on again, hopefully they will stay off for at least another week or so.
I truly watch so that they do not creep back up pass my 145 range.
I had a stressful week at work with the economy and layoffs at work make it hard to keep the head hunger out of my head, just nerves and stress. I try really hard to get it to stay away but most of the time I am unsucessful. I will hop on the treadmill again, and maybe that will help, proably our forman will chew on our butts some more and that will get rid of a few more for sure. I WILL NOT LET THIS STRESS GET ME DOWN, I WILL DRINK MORE (water), TRACK WHAT GOES IN MY MOUTH, AND PRAY ALOT that we all succeed in what we want to accomplish.

Move it to lose it or maintain.
I jogged on the treadmill for 30 minute between 6.0 - 7.0 mph then hopped on to the Elliptical for another 30 minutes level 10 - 12 5.4 mph I burned 557 calories 30% fat!!
I got off the treadmill very sweaty - love that feeling of a good had workout!

I plan on drinking 1 gal of water EVERY DAY this week. I *am* doing this :)
I got a new doo to celebrate my 2 year surgiversary - I love it!
