Hey Christy, It is so hard - we are FOOD ADDICTS Every time I think "ok - I'm getting it" BAMMO - I get a smack in my face and one from the scale reminding me "ummmm not so fast sweetheart!" It is comforting to know I am not alone in this. Maybe we can try to post our daily food calorie intake protein grams carb grams fat grams water exercise get back to basics and see if that is HELPFUL lets keep it real!!! We are all friends here! How about that? Anyone want to OFFICIALLY post it daily - or we can just leave up to one of us to start the thread. I think we should post ACTUAL intake instead of planned (for me sometimes I plan it and still stray) any comments ????? hugs we CAN do this ladies Britt

Hello everyone, well after not doing much working out the last 2 weeks and having to spend 4 days in the hospital while they got to the bottom of this heart problem thing I still managed to lose 2 pounds. I started back to the pool today and am going to hit the gym tomorrow but I am going to have to take it slow to see how my body reacts to my new meds for my heart. At least I will still be able to have my hernia and plastic surgery on Feb 14. Hope everyone has a great week. Alan H. Britt, I am with you on the grazing. I ate all day, all week last week. This new job just sitting in an office is not good for this. I have myself where I can handle a little bit of sugar again and have been drinking and eating it. I even had a can of soda I sipped on today. That habit can not get started again. Here go my stat's for the week: Starting weight = 273 Last week = 120 This week = 119 Loss this week = 0 and still up 3 lbs since pre-holidays Total loss = 154 Current BMI = 19.2 Anything we can do to try and get each other back on track? It seems to be the week for grazing! I'm guilty of that too! Spending the week in a hotel, eating out, and driving back and forth did me in. It is absolutely frightening how much I can eat...all day long. But today is a new day and today I re-commit myself to healthy eating! Wanda

Hello Nov. 06 Buddies, Starting weight 259 Last week = 142 This week = 142 Loss this week = 0 Total loss = 117 Current BMI = 24.5 Been the same for a few weeks now. It's funny I always heard people talk about how you bloat up the week on your period. I was always so big before I never noticed it. This is the 1st month where I can tell my jeans are a little more tight than usual. My size 12's are getting a bit too big, but 10's are too tight right now, so I'm in that "fun" in between size stage right now. Hope everyone is doing well. Let's all work on LESS GRAZING this week. Lord know I am doing it as well.
