whoooooo hoooooo - you are doing great. I love Yoga - I haven't done it in weeks and I miss it - I think I am going to get back to that class this Sunday - It's my favorite workout.

are you there longer when you do weights trying to meet yout calorie burn goals? Or do you make an exception?

My AM yoga and upper body work out.  Total 30 minutes.
Will do PM yoga for 20 minutes when I get home tonight!

Today abs, back, and chest!  I've realized that my form is getting sloppy, so I am really going to work on perfecting my movements.  I've just been too focused on adding more and more weights since muscle loss is common with....um....more mature women like me!

3 more days until my 2 year surgerversary it sure does not seem like it already. What a wonderful ride it has been. Happy surgerversary to all the November folks.

Highest weight 2001-- 878

Surgery day weight--- 544

Still the same this week, had a few parties this weekend and was mostly good, just indulged in dessert when I shouldn't have, but then I haven't indulged in a while. Gotta do it once in a while!!  Haven't been able to exercise because of work, but it will be slacking off next week, so hopefully I can get back to it.
