Oh well that is where your body likes to be.
I was really going to try hard to get to 135, but I'm and my body are just fine at 140. My goal was 142 - so I am 2 lbs below - but even it it fluctuates 2 pound sup or down - I am fine. I just need to find my *sweet spot* for calorie intake. Regardless - i don't find maintaining a breeze as some do - I find it challenging every day
have a great day Shawn and keep busy - I agree -- I find If i am borde ... I go for food = grazing
hugs,
Britt

Don't really have anything good to report except the fact that my mood is better and that stupid bacterial infection is gone.... I did end up gaining back the weight that I lost when I was sick for those two weeks, but oh well, I guess that is where my body wants to be...
So here are my stats... I didn't weigh in last week though....
Starting weight = 309
Two weeks ago = 176
This week = 181
Gain this week = +5
Total Loss = 128
Maybe if I had something to fill my day with I wouldn't munch and graze so much and I would be able to be in the 170's, but I am happy with maintaining in the 180's... Just so long as it doesn't go any higher... LOL....
HUGS to All,
Shawn M.

I was going to try to get to 135 - But I am happy to stay at 140 - I am finding it hard enough to findmy sweet psot with the 'right caloric intake' for me ... It is crazy - some people breeze right through - not me IT's challenging!

Yes, I hear ya - being in the house long enough to mess it up.
I love my house too and like to keep it tidy - but three little ones can look like a tornado ran through it in just a few minutes - it can make me
. I let them play -they're little girls ... but whew ...what a mess. When the little ones nap ... I do damage control and buzz through and clean up ...then the little darlings
they wake up from nap and *bam* the tornado hits yet again
... once again before hubby get home I buzz around cleaning up (I don't want him to feel he is walking into CRAZINESS) then when daddy comes home its play time again before bed and then after story time - they are off to bed .... then WE BOTH buzz through to get things back in order - thankfully I have help for the evening rush.
I have to take and pick Victoria up from preschool every morining - that means all 4 of us are dressed, fed and out of the door very early in addition she has religion class and dance class. Next year all three will be in dance, religion and school (preschool for the little ones) I cannot imagine - how much more busy i'll be.
Thankfully I am a lot lighter - it sure does make it easier to schlep around 3 kids!
have a great day,
Britt

There is something very weird going on with me. My weight is jumping all over the place. Today was an all-time high. I gained three pounds overnight! I have a ten-pound range that I'm bouncing in. I understand hormonal water weight, I understand building muscle weight, blah, blah, blah but poundage is poundage! And regardless, ten pounds cannot be accounted for with muscle, water, or even calorie intake for that matter! And even more weird is that my clothes still fit the same. What the heck? Has this ever happened to any of you?

Britt, since you love camping and Disney maybe you should try Disney's Fort Wilderness. I hear that is it fantastic! Randy and I talked about renting a big cabin and inviting all the grandkids. You can bring your own camper or tent too.
When Randy and I got married we took a whirlwind trip through the New England states. It was in October and the colors were amazing. We loved that vacation.
Last year when my daughter and I took one of those tiny planes over the Grand Canyon and walked on the glass skywalk it was absolutely awe inspiring.
The red mountains of Sedona Arizona were pretty amazing too. That was our first trip to Arizona and it was so cool to have mountain burrows and wild jack rabbits wander up to us.
Walking up the middle of Dunns River Falls in Jaimca was an amazing adventure. And the cruise on the Carribbean Princess was fantastic.
Last, but not least, was our trip to the Rocky Mountains last May. The views were so beautiful and we had so much fun playing in the snow and hiking.
I guess I can't pick a favorite. But I have spring fever and can't wait to plan my next vacation! The one thing I know for sure is that vacations are so much more fun at our current weight!
Thanks for helping me wash away my winter blues by talking about vacations!

My mom saw her on a talk show. My sister has lost 60+ pounds and maintained it for about 2 years. And them me... She bought us both a CD. I thought it was nice of her and I'm sure it will get me fired up.
Pretty impressive halfway done with today's goal. Between gymnastics and a HS boy it seems like we are only at the house long enough to mess it up! I don't think I could have three. At least not with a full time job - I have no idea how people do it!
