Wanda, With the dollar being in the terrible shape it's in, my favorite vacation is not an option for us right now! I love Europe! We lived there for eight years and I loved traveling around. The dollar was good then and the world was a safer place! There were sometimes demonstrations outside the base gates but, overall, at least Americans weren't hated. Hopefully, we'll get back there at some point because I miss it! CeCe

I do hear that 1200 number ... alot! But then again - you her so many different things / opinions ... its HARD to figure it all out - right - Yeah - where is that Malabsorbtion? We will figure it out WANDA - we are pretty smart gals ... RIGHT? like I said I THINK 1200 is * that magic #* hugs, Britt

My doctor said that I will gain if I eat more than 1200 calories. I don't understand why. Where's the malabsorbtion when you need it?

I *cannot for the life of me* figure 'the right' intake for me ... I had that metabolsim test taken and it says I should taking in 1973 to maintian ...if I sit all day and 2564 with my activity level. I can tell you that is not right - I'll gain away ... I tried. I ~~~ think~~~~ I am around 1200 to maintain??? But I cannot be sure. After the Nuvaring weight gain ...I feel like I am back at square 1 trying to figure that all out. i'll let you know when i find my *sweet spot* for my calorie intake. It's driving me bonkers!!! hugs, Britt

Just wondering, what have you discovered is the right caloric intake for you? Today is the first day that I actually counted. I did good with my calories (980) but not so good on carbs (119). I burned 500 calories at the gym this morning so I had oatmeal and fruit right after which adds a lot of carbs. At least now I know to watch out for the carbs tomorrow. Wanda

I had another very busy weekend. I don't do very well with this. I hardly drank any water ugh!!!! And of course I didn't get any exercise in either. Next weekend will be busy but not quite as bad. I am so looking forward to it! This weeks stats: Start weight: 268 Last week:143 This week: 144.5 Gain this week: 1.5 (pms & no water) Total loss: 123.5 Hope everyone has a great week!!!! hugs, Kim

If you are like me, the older I get the more elegant I want my accomodations! Disney has some incredible hotels. I'm sure you will have a blast!

Wanda, My favorite vacatins as a kid was camping in disney at Fort Wilderness. Now we are DVC members ... as an adult I have grown to love nice accommodations - and cannot picture going back to a tent after a long hot day in Disney!!! He he he It is GREAT not to be able to pick a favorite vacation that means you are doing "something" right! We are making plans for a next Disney vaction - soon - ahhhhhh warm weather - I want to feel sun and see my Disney friends! hugs, Britt
