Hello all, I had to go to the doctor on Monday I obviously never got rid of my sinus infection from the New Year, I had a headache for 5 days so I went in and the doc took x-ray of my sinus I have the worst sinus infection she's ever seen, it's really deep in my head. So I'm on Z-pak my second course since 12/31. I do feel better today at least I am headache free. She doesn't want me swimming for a week which really bums me out. Starting weight 298.5 Last week = 158.4 This week = 158.4 Loss this week = 0 Total loss = 140.1 Current BMI = 28.97 I'm OK with staying the same I've had a real weird week of eating because of not feeling good, I have been hitting the fluids really hard so that helps. I started reading the Beck diet where I left off and I'm almost thinking about starting over but maybe I'll continue and then start over. Where is are pal Valorie????? Everyone have a fabulous week. Britt and November Buddies, Where is Valorie? If it's her computer, she'd better get a new one!!! Even though I've had a partial hysterectomy and my "leftover" ovaries are supposed to have stopped working, they haven't been notified! I have crazy homonal weeks every month! It starts with very negative dreams, then comes the bloated feeling and the urge to eat carbs and eat often! I've noted this for years and this month seems pretty bad but at least my weight isn't going up much at all. So, I'm declaring I'm virtually the same. Weight at 130-131, BMI is 22.4 CeCe
