Good morning everyone! Sorry to hear you and your baby were sick this weekend. I hope everyone is feeling better soon and no one else in your family gets it!
I've had some ups and downs lately with my weight and it really bothered me a lot. But I am back to where I was a few weeks ago so that is a good thing. I'm now trying to concentrate on keeping my protein up and my carbs down.
I hope everyone has a great week!

whooo hooooo for your cholesterol - Terrific!
I hate seeing the scale go up!
Try ... "try" not to let it get the best of you mentally and hit the gym!
you'll be back to the 150's next week - just focus!!!
Yes, when our babies are sick young or old, it stinks. I am 37 and was puking like mad and thought "is it bad to call your mom at 2am at 37 because you are so sick and want your mommy?
"
have a great week,
Britt

Good Morning So sorry you were sick Britt and poor Sophie doesn't it break your heart when your babies are sick. My 13 year old who towers over me was sick this week and I still feel so awful.

I wasn't very happy to see the 160's and want to get back down to the 150's. I went to a Women's Health Fair on Saturday and had my cholesteral checked 132 and HDL was 65.
Everyone have a fabulous week

Welcome back, Beth!
I'm like you--I never had any complications either I rarely even feel as if I have a pouch at all. I've never really felt any restriction. The only reason that I reached goal is because I counted calories and carbs religiously. After my plastic surgery in October I kind of got away from that and now I'm struggling to get back on track. I envy people that can just lose from the surgery and not have to work at it, but that is just not the way it works for me. I suspect that for you to reach goal, you may have to do the same.
It's great that you joined the gym. That is a very positive step. I personally can't lose weight by exercise alone and not counting calories and carbs, but exercise helps keep me focused on my weight loss. I love to feel fit and strong as an added bonus.
You are already down to a size 13, so you've done very well. Don't give up and you will get there!
Wanda
