Hi all. I hope you are all - happy campers! For today I'm OK - would like to do better with food choices but heck what is new!
I was up and down last week like a yo yo. By Tues. I was up three pounds from the week before so I did liquid for one day. - Not easy - but the three pounds were gone the next day. Then just tried to eat reasonable for maintenence and did for a day or two but then the dreaded weekend. I'm back today exactly where I was last Monday - which I'll take.
Starting weight 358
Last week = 169.5
This week = 169.5

WOW! I can't say anything that hasn't already been said. But WOW! Your legs look great too. Mine are...droopy and ugly. I'm looking into swimwear and I'm thinking...board shorts! What an inspiration!

Good morning fellow Nov'06 buddies!
I am feeling so good today! Life is great. I had a great, relaxing, weekend. The sun is shinning. Nothing and no one is going to get me down today! That is my story and I am sticking to it!
I hope all of you are feeling just as happy and glad to be alive as I am feeling.
On to the real business at hand. After all of my whining and crying and feeling so down last week.
Drum roll please.
Starting weight: 342
Last week: 215
Today: 209!
Can you believe it! 6 lbs! Now you see why I say nothing will get me down today!
I worked my plan last week and I am working it today. (even though I forgot my breakfast in the fridge at home) I refuse to be weak. I refuse to eat badly. And I refuse to give in to sabotage, from myself or anyone in my life! I am doing this for ME!
Have a great week everyone. Let nothing stand in your way of success.
Hugs,
Valorie

Hello all!
How are you doing? I am doing good - feeling great and finally really on track with eating and not grazing! I did 2 days of liquids / protein. I feel sooooo skinny - not bloated and "in control" - Last week I was grazing a lot
I know that CANNOT happen. My plan was to do the 5dpt. So I did the 2 days as the plan calls for http://www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/days1_2.html . But Day 3 call for soft protein only ... I went to a big christening party (like a wedding) and I wasn't horrible but I wasn't great either. I had a cosmopolitan or two and then the desserts came out ...I was fine until I saw the huge umbrella go up over the ice-cream sundae cart that said Haagen-Dazs! Need I say more - people? (Where did my will power go? I went in there with a plan! - then saw the Haagen-Dazs sign and poof it was G-O-N-E!)
So I am blessed to weigh 140 this morning! Today I am doing liquids - to make up for yesterday.
BTW I went to this party and hadn't seen many of these people in 2 years ... no one recognized me.
Here we go ...
Starting weight 250.5
Last week = 140
This week = 140
Loss this week = 0
Total loss = 110.5
Current BMI = 22.6

I think the antibiotics are taking care of the cellulitis. It will be ok soon. The director of nurses where I work was going to take the stitches out for me. She took one look at it and passed it on to our medical director!
Randy will be home around midnight tonight. He will spend Monday and Tuesday at home before he has to leave again. At least I will get spoiled for a couple of days.
