Randy used to be afraid that I would bulk up, but he is loving my results lately. I don't want to sound boastful, but I am very happy with my body too. Not perfect, but so much improved!
I miss CeCe too. I think of calling her often, but haven't done it yet. So many of our good friends are missing. I wish we could come back together like we once were.
Thanks for your continued support. You are a special person!

This is my off day this week.

and walking lunges are my favorite too - I knew I liked ya!
remember I don't think weight exercises show that big of results on our watches ... but building that muscle burns more calories throughout the day and while sleeping - that is a good trade off :)
Where is our friend Cece?
hugs,
Britt
see ya at the *gym* tomorrow

I started my day with a variety of lower body exercises. Walking Lunges are my favorite! Then I did the bike for 20 minutes. I only burned 360 calories.
Keeping dancing, my friend!

Oh jeesh !
OK today I decided to try a new class, ZUMBA at my gym! Well ... I tried - I just *wish* I could shake it like the instructor!!!! I *wish* I could move my hips like that - my BRAIN WANTED TO, BUT MY BODY JUST WOULD MOVE LIKE THAT! I am not sure if i burned more calories *trying* to shake it or *trying* to figure out how to move my body like that and follow along with the Zumba routine. I attached a link below so you can see what i am talking about if you haven't heard of Zumba before. I *really *wish* i could move like that!!!! So I am not sure if I'll have the guts to try it again next week ... I probably will :) stay tuned.
Zumba means join the party - give this class a try if you have it near you and let me know how YOU did. If you woulda seen me you surely woulda had a good laugh!

Why wouldn't you? (If I lost any pre-op I would have claimed them)
I hope the new changes allow you the RESLTS you are striving for :)
have a great day,

Technically I've only lost 95 lbs. since my surgery. The other 45 were on my own, pre-op.
Thanks for the encouragement, however it will be a long road... I've been 12 lbs. away since Last April, training for he MS150 and then training and completing a tri in June.
I'm hoping that the info helps me. Kinda scared about more carbs, but I"m giving it the old college try. :)
