Your workouts make me feel lazy!  I just did an hour on the eliptical and burned 430 calories.

What music did you find for your IPod?  I've been looking for new music too.

Hello all -

Today was a full CARDIO workout for me. I purchased some new WORKOUT music for my ipod shuffle and boy on boy - it was $ well spent. I had a great workout

30 minutes on the ARC machine alternating every three minutes between level 35 and level 50
followed by 30 minutes of  zero incline to VERY steep hill of 13 incline intervals at a pace of 3.9 - I never hold on when i am on the treadmill - a few times i was debating grabbing the handles (lol) jeesh they were soooooooo steep - every time i felt the treadmill returning to a zero incline i said * thank you thank you thank you * in my head ! After that I ran a 9.40 mile - then cooled down a bit walking at 3.7 and called it a day.

I love challenging myself at the gym - i left there looking as if i stepped out of the shower - very sweaty (love that!) I burned 765 calories - yeeeee haaaaw

What is your FIT FRIDAY WORKOUT?

hugs and Happy Friday,
Britt

Hope you get to feeling better -- I hate inuries... but at least you got it having fun, right?

Today is strictly cardio for me.  HIIT on the bike.  I might throw in some weights because tomorrow (when I  am supposed to do weights) I will be headed to Dallas for a bike ride.  I'll be doing the Denton Turkey Roll Ride...

Donna :)

Jeremy is a big advocate of resistance training for long term success.  In fact, he doesn't even recommend cardio for the sole purpose of weight loss.  In his opinion you do cardio for your cardio health -- this is why he changed my number of cardio sessions.

I have to say that so far.. granted only 2 days, but I feel better.  I think dowing the protein a tad and increasing the carbs has made a positive impact.  We'll see how it goes.  :)

And you should, most definitely boast, we get it!

Twenty minutes bike and a shoulders, biceps, and triceps routine.  Tomorrow is one hour eliptical.  yay!

Burned 460 calories today and hoping for much more tomorrow.

I'm having trouble keeping my heart rate below 90%.  My "feel good zone" seems to be above 90%.  Today I hit 99% for a brief second.  Hope my heart doesn't explode one of these days!
