Britt, No need to feel disappointed in yourself, we are all doing it at this stage. Be grateful you care enough to recognize it and know you need to make a change. I have been eating horrible since prior to the holiday's and can't seem to stop. I have been as low as 116 and am currently hovering at 122 (So that is 6 lbs for me). It has been as high as 124 but just for a few days. Even worse than the weight gain, I just can't seem to let go of the carbs and they make me feel terrible. I get so sleepy and sluggish after I eat them. It is really making a difference in my life but I can't seem to make myself stop. They feel so good going down.....In addition, I feel so bloated....I havent been working out nor taking all of my vitamins.... I don't know what in the heck is wrong with me. Here go my stat's for the week: Starting weight 273 Last week = 120 This week = 122 Loss this week = gained 2 Total loss = 151 Current BMI = 19.7 Hugs to all and hopes for a better week/month/year/life, Christy

Well, I Had a major gain a few weeks ago and I never posted the ACTUAL gain, just that I had a gain.... I have lost a couple since then, so I guess (since everyone else is being real) that it is time for me to do the same.... Starting weight 309 Two or Three weeks ago ( I can't remember) = 181 This week = 189 Loss this week = gained *8* Total Loss = 120 (and proud of it!!!) I was actually up 10 pounds and have dropped 2 of those, now I just need to keep on track and get rid of the rest of that weight that I gained.... If I could just give up the wine..... LOL...... Not gonna happen.... OH.. and those darn Girl Scout Cookies... Although I have been pretty good and just eating the 100 calorie packs.... They are sooo good I could eat a whole box, but I won't!!!!! LOL I did buy about two cases of cookies though to support my daughter's troop.... I promise I won't eat them all.... but I may eat a few here and there..... Sorry!!!!! I know what you are going through Britt, I was there 10 weeks ago. I went up to 197 from 189 in a week, got it down to 190 and stuck there for 8 weeks. I finally got back on track and it started going down last week. You will get back there. Starting weight 349 Last week = 186 This week =184 Loss this week =2 Total loss = 165 Phyllis

It's just not fair. When my skinny friends get the flu--they can drop 5 pounds in the blink of an eye. I only had a piece of toast in three days and stayed the same weight. I didn't drop an ounce! I still weigh 133. I haven't exercised for weeks because of my cut fingers, so I've lost almost all of my muscles. I'm hoping to start back this week, so I'll probably post a gain next week! I'm sorry about your gain, Britt. It happens to all of us. Just bru**** off and continue on. You are the poster child of success! Wanda

I did have very good reasons for making the change and these people's actions after the fact shows their true nature. We are just their clients. Customers come and customers go--it's not meant to be a permanent relationship. Maybe next time they will work harder at maintaining that relationship! I didn't know you used to have to testify for your job. That's the worst part of my job! I hate it! But, I am getting pretty good at it. It's not something I ever wanted to become skillful at!
