Good Morning Britt and All My November Friends,

Well this last week was a rough one, I gained and lost, gained and lost, so it is the up and down game for me.  I ate to many carbs and I know that!  I WILL  do better this week as I have gotten rid of the high carbs in my house.   (sent them to the boy scouts collecting for ucan food drive)
I mean crackers and all went into the box.  So now it is back to HIGH protein stuff and more water.
Britt how in the world do you manage to get in a gallon a day of water.  I try to get in close but just can not seem to make it.  I do swallow alot of water at once but it is not enough, I cant seem to have time to sip, just swallow alot.

Hey Chrissy!

I start early with my water consumption, I am up early and start sipping. I have a refillable container that is 34 oz i do four of those for a total of 136 oz a bit over a gallon and I am DONE. I take that jug with me everywhere.


Congrats on getting rid of the carbs - that darn Carb monster can kill ya if you don'****ch him!!!

I was hoping to see the 130's before Thanksgiving, but that just doesn't seem like it will happen.  Yesterday I was 142, today 144.  Pretty much where I've been since we started the weigh-ins again!  Geesh.  I'm ok with that as long as it doesn't climb any more.
