2-year Surgaversary
Hi everyone...Can’t believe two years have gone by. Hope all is well with you all. As for me, I fell off the wagon and have done all those things I promised myself I wouldn’t do. (eat candy, cookies, etc) Work and home life has become insane and I returned to my old habits and gained 35 pounds back.
To say I am scared of who/what I have become is an understatement. I think the only way to straighten myself out is to go back on the protein shake for at least a lunch and then after dinner nothing to eat.
Other than that… I am as healthy as you can be. I have had absolutely no side effects from the surgery, so there is a positive side.
"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you into something else, is the greatest accomplishment. "
Happy Two years!
