Wednesday's workouts
To my virtual gym buddies -
what was your work out today?
I slept in this morning
I 'll post my workout later on ...
So, tell us, what did you do today?
hugs,
Britt

I had a great workout. I woke up at 4 am instead of 5, so I had lots of time. I did an hour Eliptical at the highest intensity, then did the weight machines for legs. I'm always a little confused if I should do the cardio on leg day since cardio involves the legs! I was still late getting to work even though I woke up early!

Hi Wanda!
What a kick BUTT work out. 1 hour on the elliptical THAT is a great work out!
I cannot take that you were still latye - getting there early! YOU ARE A GYM RAT GIRL!
I usually do 30 - 40 minutes cardio / followed by 30 minute upper or lower body
some days I do all cardio
I think doing legs after cardios is fine - you are using the muscles in a different way!
I bet you burned a NICE amount of cals
see ya * at the gym* in the am
hugs,
Britt
