Move it to lose it or maintain.

I jogged on the treadmill for 30 minute between 6.0 - 7.0 mph  then hopped on to the Elliptical for another 30 minutes level 10 - 12 5.4 mph I burned 557 calories 30% fat!!

I got off the treadmill very sweaty - love that feeling of a good had workout!

I did my 15 minute AM yoga DVD and about 20 minutes of lower body conditioning.  Plan to do my 20 min PM yoga DVD when I get home tonight.  I'm still having lots of back issues so really am taking things slowly...kind of drives me nuts because I'd really like to have those lovely sweaty workouts again but my body is just not up to it yet *sigh*  Soon.

I did 30 minutes Eliptical and 30 minutes treadmill.  I'm late for work everyday because I don't want to leave the gym.  It's so hard to fit work into my schedule! 

...and I drank one gallon of water!  Yay.

Sounds like you had a great work out today! and DRANK YOUR gallon of water! Whoooo hooo

I am close - just have to finish up my last 24 ox and I'm there! 1 gallon (check :)

It's hard to get to the gym but once you rae there and working out .... knowing your BODY is burning up cals ... it is hard to leave! lol
