Here we are again … it’s Monday!     Starting weight * 250.5
Starting BMI * 40.5
Current weight * 144
plus or minus * same

Current BMI *  22.6
Goal weight * 142
personal acceptable range * 142-147

Loss to date * 106.5 pounds!!!
So tell us how was your week? How did you handle Halloween? Did you take your vitamins and supplements? Did you drink *all* of your water? Did you exercise? Did you log your intake? Have any NSV’s (non scale victories) you want to share? Have any challenges?

My water is still slacking. I am determined to get back to my gallon a day, everyday! Halloween was challenging *again* for me this year which is very frustrating, I am 2 years post op and *still* cannot have just 1 piece of candy. Grrrrrrr Nope, I had way more than 1 piece. This Thursday I go for my 2 year post op visit with my surgeon, it actually falls on my two year SURGIVERSARY. I am planning on blogging in my profile after the visit – to update my journey.

I hope you all have a fantastic week.

Hugs,
Britt

Good morning!!!

starting weight: 292
Today: 146 up one pound :-(
Goal 142 with a range up to 147

I did pretty good with Halloween but it's never been a huge issue for me so I can't really claim that as a victory :-)  It was that time of the month for me though and I didn't do great at the beginning of the week.  This is the first time in probably 10 years that I've had a "normal" period.  As in I am not taking any birth control so hormones just got to do what they wanted.  I think they went a little bonkers with the freedom :-) ...plus with the blood thinners it was just not a fun week!!!

My goal this week...take all of my vitamins, track my food.

Brit, I have a question for you about your low blood sugar thing...what type of symptoms do you have when this happens?  I've been getting the shakes, overheating, feeling almost drunk, my heart racing and typically if I eat fruit or something with sugar it goes away quickly.  I've had this in the past but typcially just get the shakes and heart racing...the overheating and "drunk" feeling is new and a little scary...I'm going to call my anticoagulation clinic and ask them if the blood thinners would maybe be causing this but I thought I'd see if you have similar symptoms?

Thanks
Corinna

Hey

I can feel it coming on I get sweaty like i just ran 5 miles and shaky - it comes on fast. If I go very low I get confused - for example one time i said to Paul I am going low go get me a hot - hot hot cup of water - I meant to say COLD COLD COLD -

I can tell when my sugar is coming back to normal when i start to get chilly again

I don't dump (i know fmous last words) So if i eat or drink something high in sugar .... because i am not use to it my body reacts to the sugar rush and then later I seem to cra**** doesn't happen all the time and THANK GOD - I know when its coming. Sometimes it happens even when i eat perfectly and that drives me nuts, I;d say this happens 2 x a month a least.

I suually take glucose tabs
fruit snacks
or milk

hope this helps

Starting Weight:   234
Current Weight:   144  (I'm not sure if this is up or down from last week)

I am still  having problems planning, logging my food, and drinking water.  I hate that I'm not very structured any more.  Like I said last week, the only good thing that I'm doing is exercising.  Thank God, I'm doing that or I would be in lots of trouble!  Oh, and I am VERY faithful in taking my vitamins.  I would promise to do better, but history tells me that I'm not going to do it.

I'm going to make my two year appointment soon too.  I can't wait to hear how what your doc had to say!

Hello Everyone,
Tomorrow is my two year anniversary, I am so excited.  I am still at 143lbs, which I will take in a heart beat, compared to my 255 worth of poundage two years ago.  I feel GREAT.  My DH say's
I look beau-ti-ful just the way I am and I just love that when he tells me that.  We have been married for 38 years now, (I only knew him for two weeks and we got married at the end of the two weeks)  He always says to me that "he always knew that the skinny lady that he married was in there somewhere, that she just got lost for a while, but now she is back"  He has such a
silver tongue, when he wants too.
I would not trade the surgery that I had on Nov 7, 2006 for anything in the world.
To be smaller, feel great and can keep up with my grandchildren is the best anyone can every ask for.
I have done bad this week, no lose, but hopefully I will have one next week when I check in.  I take my vitimins, drink my water and do very little excercise, work by butt off at work though, does it count when your boss chews your butt out that at the end of the day you have to look in the mirror to see if you still have a butt left, (as me and the other girls that I work did today)
Hope you all have a great week and weekend, see you all next week.
Happy Day Britt, you look wonderful.

CHRISY
