WEEKLY WEIGH IN mONDAY 10/27/08
Hi Britt and everyone. I haven't been here in months....everything is going extremely well for me. I'm maintaining have been for months now. It's a great feeling to finally be in control of me!
I'm weighing in today at 137 which is around normal, I fluctuate 135 - 140 and as long as I'm within that range I'm happy.
Unfortunately at the beginning of October I had a little set back, hernia repair surgery. I had an internal hernia caused by the weightloss surgery. It was repaired laproscopically and I'm good as new but not exercising fully again yet. I was training my my license in yoga, and that had to be suspended for a short while.
I hope all is good with everyone, I can't believe we are right around the corner from our two year surgiversaries!! yippee

You sound FANTASTIC - congratulations on being IN CONTROL of you and maintaining :O) Sorry to hear about your hernia repair - I hope you are back to your REGULAR workouts and feeling top notch again VERY SOON!

Oh goodness, where do I start? I'm up, I'm down...I'm all over the place. For about every one day of good eating I have 3 or 4 bad days! The only thing consistent is my exercise. My weight remains fairly stable around 145, but I need to be closer to 135. I wish I would control my calories as well as most of you guys are! Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
Has anyone heard from CeCe? I sure miss her!

Hang in there! You can do this. First CONGRATS for being consistent with your EXERCISE PLAN - that is a biggie. I know what you are going through been there many times (sadly) It is so hard to get over the hump.
I had a bad eating day yesterday .... its that time of the month - I feel like a bottomless pit right before - UGH (plus i was 11 days late - so i felt very bloated)
Take it 1 day at a time - you are doing great - think about the big picture you are coming up on two years - shoot for the stars!
no haven't heard from CeCe - I been thinking about her too :o)
