Hi Everyone,  I am doing just great today, I am heading in the right direction and I plan on really trying to stay that way, cant hurt to really try.

Start Wt.  255  found a card at my most weight  260

Start BMI 42.4

Current Wt.  143

Current BMI  24.1

Goal          140

Lost  two pounds  this week, I will not be surprised if  they or at least one is back in the morning, that is the way it has been going with me,  as long as I do not get over the 145  I am VERY happy.  I really would like to get to the 140 and stay there as long as I have stayed between the 140 to 145 range.  It is just the I will really have to excercise and really watch what I eat just like everyone else does.

Hey Chrissy -

I think there are a few LUCKY ones that do not have to watch and or exercise ....but for the most part, I think MOST do watch what they eat and exercise ...you know follow the rules.

2 pounds lost is terrific!

you have your accceptable range - remember we all have a NORMAL weight flucation from day to day.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I'm a little late, work has been absolutely crazy. I'm lucky to get in the house by 8:30pm and I'm leaving again at 4am the next morning. I really need a vacation!!

Starting weight * 349
Current weight * 184
plus or minus *
Goal weight * 175
personal acceptable range * 180-185

Loss to date * 165 pounds

Been struggling with food choices lately, kinda hard to eat right when you aren't home to cook, but working to get back on track

YOU sure do deserve a vacation! You poor thing. Take a break!

I agree eating away - is hard and our personalities with regards to having a food addiction make it easy to make -- to say OK to a NONO food -

you can do it - you are strong!!!!!

think you are 165 pounds lighter becuase you CHOOSE right - Good job!
