All I can say is you are sooooo good.... OMG!!!!

Monster drink (low carb) and a banana
Snack:
Sleep
Lunch:
Spagetti or some sort of pasta
Dinner:
Who Know's proabably hambuger helper or tuna helper
Snack:
Would love a martini, but I will probably have slice of FF cheese
Then I will probably wake up around 1 am (never remember it though) and have a horrible snack loaded with fat and calories.. usually involves some sort of cheese... I find the evidence the next day and that is how I know... LOL.... Last week I actually got up and made a quesadilla... I don't remember what I put on it, but I know that there was tons of grease left on the quesadilla maker and spilled over cheese... I just hope I made it somewhat healthy.... Gotta love those Ambien sleeping pills.... ROFLMBO!!!!!
Well, anyway.. that is a typical day for me, but you never know.. things could get better.... ;-)
Hugs to all... hope everyone has a better plan than me.....

Journaling is the only way I can keep it straight. I will tell you that the 1 C. of cream of wheat takes me forever to eat. I try to choke it down because I know I need the carbohydrates, and I try to start my day with them and taper off.
:)
