I'm feeling like I'm back on track I've been doing the Beck daily deal. My goals for the week are exercise and no late night snacking.

I forgot to post my goals for the week and it helps to do it so I thought I should do an additional post. I think I'm actually going to have the same goals this week as last. They still needs some work.
Mini goal - continue to plan my meals, exercise at least five days this week.
Big goal - maintain my current weight and eating plan.

sorry I've been gone for a while, work has been really crazy.
The scale finally moved down after about two months of being stuck at 184. I finally started going to the gym and getting in more exercise. I need to go a little more often, but it's a start.

lost 3 lbs

I have no clue and I really don't want to know..... LOL... I am in Louisiana right now.... They are inducing my DIL tomorrow evening... I can't wait to meet my grandson Evan William tomorrow or Friday... Keep my DIL in your prayers that all goes well and she has a safe and speedy labor and delivery!!!! I will post next time I can get to a computer.... Thanks for all the support..
Let's just hope my weight isn't up when I get home, I forgot to bring my thyroid meds, so I am really worried about that now...
