1) 1142 2) 500 cals 6 miles in 1 hour 3) yes! 4) 120 5) party - avoided the birthday cake ... had FRESH berries with cream 6) work out hard 7) 142 8) I am faithully logging my intake and recorded my exercise calories, calories eating, weight, and notes daily. It helps me!! I am not going to post it on here any longer - but I know logging all of this daily - WORKS FOR ME!
