1) 1102 2) 475 - treadmill + elliptical = a lot of sweat 3) you bet i did 4) 100 5) went to a fair with my family / Paul's parents .... you know the choices at a fair 6) workout hard ervery day 7) 142 8) another party on Sunday ... a small one Just cake and coffee - I have decided to politely decline the cake and have water and coffee - and sit by the pool to watch my girls NO cake for me. hope you all have a great weekend!!!
