1) 1577 2) 200 walk (not a HARD work out) 3) yes!!! 4) 100 5) challenging day ... stress -- just one ofthose mentally exhaustimng MOMMY days 6) workout HARD every day 7) 142 8) I was stressed and went to food - I've been doing so great TALKING BACK to my sabotaging thoughts .... today I just went for the FOOD - i'VE BEEN GOING TO BED FEELING GREAT tonight went to bed feeling defeated. I like the way I feel when I talk back and WIN -- that is what I have to do ...
