2) 550 calories burned - jogging / walking steep incline on the treadmill for 30 minutes - elliptical 20 minutes - 135 walking lunges with 12 pound weights in each hand - arms - 25 minutes

5. really craved sugar today!!! went and got some sugar free candies to curb the craving a bit. The peanut butter malt balls were out again today and I told myself I could have ONE at the end of the day as I was leaving and I managed to do just that.
6. exercise - got out of bed this morning and did it! Planning my meals - did okay with this today. I did plan out my day but with the sugar cravings I fudged a little on my times because if I didn't eat something that was good for me I would have eaten something bad for me.

8. Today was hard but I stayed strong and made it through the day without giving in to that nasty little voice saying..."it doesn't matter, just one more day of doing what you want isn't going to hurt anything" Yeah right!
