1. 940 Calories, 21 grams carbs, 110 grams protien 2. Cardio workout that I really didn't want to do. 180 Calories 3. Had 100 excuses for why I didn't want to do my workout but did it anyway. 4. 40 oz...maybe 5. took them all! 6. Plan my meals. Did it all again today and again, made a huge difference for me. 7. Maintain my weight and eating plans - doing great! 8. Love the chat tonight!

1) 1256 2) no formal exercise today (tsk tsk ) 3) did great at family celebration - didn't eat the things i wanted to RESIST (go me!) 4) 80 (neeed to be at atleast 100) 5) yes! 6) ??????? (sad can't remember - note to self (make it IMPORTANT enough to remember !!!!) THINKING ABOUT A NEW GOAL - WILL POST IT TOMORROW 7) get back to 142 - stuck to my eating plan even at a party!!!!! 8) hugs to you all - great beck chat!
