1. 991 calories, 30 grams carbs, 103 grams protien 2. 240 calories - missed my morning work out but then got a wild hair tonight and decided to do some major shrub pruning/clearing of major weeds and even a few small trees for about an hour. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be sore tomorrow 3. Really didn't have any today. 4. probably about 50 oz. 5. oops..I didn't take any of them. I'll go do my B vit and multi as soon as I'm done, the rest are at work. I don't know how but I totally forgot until I literally read #5! 6. Plan my meals - sat down again first thing this morning. It really works great for me. I deviated a small amount with my dinner but mostly because I changed from stuffed pork chops to chipotle pork tacos (low carb tortillas are the bomb!) so I don't really feel that was "unplanned" eating. 7. maintain current weight and eating habits. Doing good! 8. I tell you, this planning stuff is awesome! It really brings my snacking down to nothing and I don't miss it. That's not to say I don't think about it but it really works for me to know when I'm eating next. I thought it was ridiculous in the Beck book when it asked if I was one of those people who always worried about when they were going to get their next meal. I thought, nope, that one isn't me. But turns out it totally is I just didn't know it. It's like I have this huge safety net and it lets me not even think about eating. How cool is that? Can't wait for our chat tomorrow! Corinna Q
