Accountability Friday 6/27
Evening, Gang, guess I get the honor of starting this thread again.
1) Calories in (you can post your actual meal plan if you want to share)
2) Calories burned or time and movement / exercise (give us the details)
here is a site that can give you an estimate of the calories you burned
http://primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/jumpsite/calculat.htm
3) Successes / challenges (did you pass up a temptation? - do you have a challenege coming up?)
4) Water intake - how much?
5) Vtamin supplement taken?
6) Mini goal for this week - what did you do *today* to get there?
7) What is your Big goal? - what did you do *today* to get there?
8) notes -
1. Calories In: 1251 according to computer (probably closer to 1400 with human error!) Fats: 35 Protein 100 Carbs (don't read this, Corinna!) 143 - again, lots of fruit and I also had ground turkey chili with beans for lunch (homemade and prepared low fat!).
2. Exercise: 1 hour strength training, 1 hour Spinning, 45 minutes of aerobics, walking. Lots of calories burned during Spinning at least!
3. We were tempted to go out to eat tonight but I told my husband I was trying so hard to be "good." We came home and grilled chicken.
4. I should track my fluids closely but I do so well on them that I don't usually keep close track anymore. I love shaved ice so I eat it constantly.
5. Took all my vitamins
6. Mini goal - to think before I eat and stay on track by being conscious of when, what and why I eat or want to eat. To be aware that every time I make a food choice it is a conscious choice - I MADE THE DECISION TO EAT.
7. Big Goal: To learn to consistently distract myself, negotiate with myself when I feel driven to eat and to have a healthier relationship with food.
Every day is filled with challenges for me because the Beck lessons are so hard for me to internalize and become habit. I'm intelligent but that part of my brain must be encased in concrete!!
Stay strong, November buddies! We can do this - one hour, one day at a time. Remember, a misstep doesn't mean we are failures, we can get back on track the NEXT BITE!
