1) Am continuing with my eating and not tracking this week
2)18 minutes on the elliptical 162 calories
3) Little sore today but not too bad hectic at work today and didn't get my second bout on the elliptical I'm going to do some sit-ups and stretching before bed.
4) 112 ounces of water and will get more because I haven't taken my night pills
5) I will take them all in 20 minutes
6) Day 3 of exercising I read the Beck diet today also while I was getting my allergy shot.
7) Exercising is helping me to stay in my skinny clothes
8) Today we went to watch a friend's son play ball and her 16 year old daughter told me I looked fabulous.

2. not allowed ...will start again Monday, can't wait
3. Had a hard time passing up the darn trail mix in the office kitchen...that stuff is a siren song to me, but I did manage, only snagged a tiny bit and it covered the urge fairly well. Then just stayed out of the kitchen!
4. I got 80 oz...woohoo!
5. multi, calcium, iron, b complex, and D - got them all
6. drink more water - I'm pretty impressed with myself, of course I have to pee every ten minutes
7. Get to 142 - kept the carbs done one more day.
8. Not sure how I didn't eat even 1000 calories today, I guess I was busier than normal. It's probably okay though since I am not working out right now. Had some major sweets cravings today and had to get into my sugar free candy stash. I have to be careful with that stuff though or it gives me horrible gas pains because of the malitol. It curbs the cravings though which sometimes I need more than I care about the gas I'm craving fruit right now too and everytime I walk through the store (I work for Whole Foods) I just want to bury my face in the fruit section and inhale peaches, cherries, grapes, melons, all of it! I do allow myself an apple here and there but man it's hard to pass up those others!!

Oh, Goodness. What a week. Why does work have to be....well...SO MUCH WORK! I'm impressed with you guys actually tracking your calories. I haven't done that all week.
1.) Not a clue!
2.) According to the website I only burned about 350 calories. It sure felt like more!
3.) No particular successes.
4.) Water intake was excellent. I would say around 100 ounces.
5.) I never fail to take vitamins. That's the easy part of this gig!
6.) Mini goal was to exercise 5 days and I did it.
7.) I failed to have a big goal and that's why I didn't achieve it! You get what you plan for.
8.) Note to self: track those dang calories!
