accountability Wednesday
Ok guys,
I have been very bad with tracking anything lately but I started off trying again yesterday.
I am still having eye problems so I drove in to work with DH. He didn't get off on time so that put me over an hour late on dinner. We stopped at Hardee's and I ate a cheeseburger and some fries....bad, bad, bad...blew my whole day.
I am not doing well with water, vitamins or eating. I have to get back on track. I also haven't been to the gym in almost 2 months...bad, bad, bad!
My mini goal is to do the right things for me today. I will take my vitamins, drink at least 80 oz of water and track my food. I will do some type of exercise..maybe a walk with D.J.
Ultimate goal- have a normal BMI- no more obese! I have come so far...I can do this!

2) 226 calories burned (30 mins on treadmill, 6 mins on elliptical - had to leave early!)
3) Tuesday I had to travel out of town, therefore I didn't follow my plan completely, so I made a vow to get back on Wednesday and I did!!

7) to get out of the 180s - exercised and stuck to my plan!!
