1) 1172.... a much better day! not perfect .... but better

3) had company ...planned on doing day 1 of 5dpt .... starting that tomorrow - I had chicken salad and popcorn. wanted to do all liquids

1) Am continuing with my eating and not tracking this week
2)36 minutes on the elliptical 314 calories
3) I'm worried my challenge is my Fibro kicking in and my not be able to keep up with my exercising. I hurt this morning when I got up but once I started moving around I was OK. So of it does kick in I'm still going to try to do pilates or yoga to keep up my exercise goal for the week.

7) Exercising is helping me to stay in my skinny clothes
8) Yesterday at baseball one of the Dad's from the other team who I know and has had surgery came up to me and apologized for not talking to me the last time we played because I was so skinny he didn't recognize me. I still love getting compliments like that.
Thanks again Britt for starting this. I feel that this is the last thing to do before going to bed so I get closure of my day.

1. 987, 88 grams protien, 20 grams carbs
2. Dr told me not to work out for the rest of the week bums me out!!
3. Went shopping when I was hungry (I know that's bad) and managed to not get anything I shouldn't have. That was my success today for sure!
4. by the end of the day I'll have gotten 60 oz in.
5. Iron, B complex, calcium, Vit D, multi
6. Drink more water - did MUCH better today.
7. Get to 142 - kept my carbs way down.
8. ate a little less than I probably should have. I really like to get to right around 1100 calories and more like 100 grams of protien. I went home early again today and slept for several hours so I ate less than normal. But overall a good day!
