Beck - 8 week - FOCUS group

( I am borrowing this Idea from Melissa and the Dec'06 surgery board. ) I know many of you have the BECK diet solution - BOOK I thought we could have a 8 week (12 chapters) focus group and complete this program together. So if you want to join in .... read up to and including page 32 We will start the discussion next week 6/23 and start reading our NEW chapters ASSIGMENTS. I did look for this book a few weeks ago... but it was too expensive... With hubby working a minimum wage job right now I just can't get it.... But if i Had it I would try and join in.... even though I am really really not a reader..... I will keep my eye out for it at garage sales though..... LOL..... HUGs, Shawn M.
