I'm in. I can't seem to stick to anything very long maybe this will help me be motivated. I looked at my Beck Diet book this morning. I need to be on some kind of a plan. I feel really tired lately and I don't think I'm getting in enough protein. I'm really good about taking my vitamens. I did buy a heart monitor at Costco this weekend it was $35 so not to badly priced. I have to read the directions and get it working. I love gadgets
