This has been a rough day!

Randy and I took our grandsons to the water park. I fell down a water slide and hurt my elbow. It's so bruised! Then a raft that we were riding on turned upside down and I hit my head on both sides. My neck is sore and I have two lumps on my head! Randy's knee is black from a big bruise. This active lifestyle is dangerous! The kids seem fine, though! Wanda

yeah but isn't it awesome that you were able to do all that? One of my friends had almost the same experience at a water park about a year after her surgery. She came home with a black eye and bruised knees. Apparently water parks can be dangerous for us newly thin folks I hope you still had fun! We finally had a beautiful warm day today. I think it actually hit 70ish. Hopefully that means summer is here soon!! Corinna Q

(((((((((Wanda & Randy)))))))))))))) I know exactly what you are talking about because last December my sister treated my family to an indoor hotel/waterpark.... I was soooooo sore and beat up when we came home, but the kids were all just fine.... The memories will last forever.... Just be thankful that you can do all this now.... Just think back before your surgery.... Your grandson's are blessed to have such a wonderful grandma!!!!! HUGS, Shawn M.
