Weekly Weigh-In 5/19/08
Ok, I'm noticing that fewer and fewer people are checking in each week. Where is everyone? Even if you don't feel like posting a weight weekly, at least let us know you're still out there! It's not mandatory to tell your weight, you can let us know what's on your mind, your latest WOW moments or your latest struggles. I think you can tell from what is posted lately, we ALL have struggles. This is NOT easy. Surgery was not a miracle cure for all our food issues. I mess us DAILY and I'm scared that I won't be able to keep my weight down. I need all the help I can get here!!! Please come out of your hiding places! We all need support and we miss those of you who are not here. I miss Shawn's regular posts. I miss Christy's. We heard from Kimberly recently and understand she's planning a wedding! We heard from Phyllis and we heard from Kim this week. Where's Deb? How is your SIL? And, Deidre, how is your sister? We haven't heard from Alan lately. Or Chilly from the UK. Wanda, Valorie, Trudy, Kim - are there members you have wondered about? Hopefully, we will hear from Britt soon. If you are reading, Britt, we miss you!

I have been allover the place travelling in the last couple of months so sorry for not signing in! Trouble with travel is no rouine in last six weeks I have been in London Barbados New York Dubai Milan Bermuda so have hit plateau!!

Away again this weekend in Rockingham and again the follwing week we are now well into race seasons for the boys with hours of sitting around in hospitality very bad news however walking around the circuits and adrenalin keeps you level.

Sorry I'm a day late It was Monday from hell and it isn't looking too much better today. My SIL is doing great and got to go home on Friday they were down at the Mayo for 38 days. I'm still struggling to get back to my swimming and exercising. Too much stuff going on. My eating is absolutely out of control. So my goals for the rest of this week is be very concious of what I'm eating and exercise.

I did drop a size while I was gone and had to go and rebuy some of the summer clothes I'd bought at least I hadn't taken the tags off anything.

Hi everyone,
my weekend kinda sucked! I had to work saturday and it rained most of the day Sunday, so I didn't get a chance to go out and walk at all. I was supposed to take my brother out for a walk, because he can't go out by himself yet. He's still using a walker to get around but is doing very well. I really have to get back to exercising.
As far as food planning goes, I really should, but never do. I just have never been that organized. Maybe someday.
