Weekly Weigh In week of 4/7/08

Most of the scrapbooking albums I do are 12 x 12, but my weight loss one is a 8 x 8.... It only has about 30 pages in it, but I did the whole thing in about 3 days.... I had so much fun doing it too... and now I can show it off with pride of what I have accomplished.... Now I have to get back to my son's Army album... I needed a break from that, so I figured I would do my weight loss one.... I am glad I did... now I am refreshed and ready to dig back into the other album....

3 lbs is great for 1 week. You must have been really focused to get there.
Your scrapbook has inspired me to make a photo album for myself. I plan on getting it together this weekend. I have to select my pics and get them developed. I think it is a wonderful idea. It will help with the hard days to see how far we have come.
Again, you Rock with 3 lbs. You will get back to where you were and lose more. I know you can do it.

Current BMI = 23.3

Sorry I missed last week, I have had my apartment torn apart with spring cleaning and painting. My computer was actually disassembled for four days(can you say withdrawal??). I am just finally back to where it resembles a living space.
Sorry everyone is having so much trouble. I have been doing OK, had a small gain. I was so busy the last two days, I didn't get my water in either.
