Hi all, Well, my scale is up again! I did have 1 really bad day of eating the other days I was eating to what # calorie -wise I though I should be at and GAINED (even eating *good* - I wasn't perfect maybe too many carbs a few days .... but for the most part I was good.) UGH!!! So FRUSTRATING After a few days of gain gain gaining -I reworked my RMR / BMR numbers after speaking with my nutritionist and a few others who are very familiar with the #'s. Right now to lose I should eat between 868 / 1168 - that is my plan for the next 2 weeks. I am giving it my all and will see where it brings me. I have to really be strict with my eating to lose this weight! I plan on doing protein shakes / liquids for a few days. I *really* need to get back to where I was !! I *will* do this, I know I can! Please say a little prayer for me. Here we go ... Sorry Gals and Gents..I know I been MIA but things are crazy here.It's almost that time that we leave here and head to Texas. I'm glad the military will be packing and moving us because there's no time to even pack these days.So I will still be MIA for some time before I settle in agian so figured I would jump in and do stats today. Starting weight = 270 Last week = 143 This week = 142 Loss this week =1 Total loss = 128 Current BMI =24.4

Naomi, Good luck with the move! Congrats on the 1 pound loss! The best part about having the military move you every few years is that you get rid of junk! Since my husband retired from the military and we have stayed in one place, we tend to accumulate so much! We had a huge garage sale a couple of years ago and then we've given to the DAV or Goodwill several times in the past year but we still have too much STUFF!!! Hope to hear from you in Texas soon! My scale is up a little also. I did get in three days of swimming and then struggled the rest of the week. I am not making as good of eating choices as I should I'm really angry that I forgot my breakfast and lunnch for today at home either. Starting weight = 298.5 Last week = 162.2 This week = 162.8 Gain this week = 0.6 Total loss = 135.7 Current BMI = 29.8 So my goals this week are to exercise at least 5 times and eat healthier and quit snacking at night. I stepped on the scale on Thursday and saw 163 and realized I am not comfortable with that weight so I'm setting 163 as my highest weight I want to be at and if I get close to that I need to give myself a kick in the butt. Deb, I know you have to fight the fibromyalgia to get the exercise in every week but I want to congratulate you for fighting the good fight! I'm sure it would be easy just to forget about the exercise but I know it is better for your condition to get in that activity. I admire you for doing so! CeCe

I understand your # with the scale I *get it* 1000% Each of us is an individual - *we* know how *we* are i AM ALSO ONE WHO ***NEEEDS*** the scale to keep me on track, some say stay off the scale - sorry - that DOES NOT work for me. Hello November buddies, This has been a really bad week for me, with the death of my brother-in-law. So naturally, my eating was horrible and I did not get my drinking in like I should have. I only had one session with the PT and that was last Monday. But the scale wasn't too bad this morning. And I am determined to get back to it this week. With that being said, here goes: Starting weight, day of surgery = 312.4 Last week = 187.4 This week = 189.0 Loss this week = +1.6 Total loss = 123.4 Current BMI = 31.4 Hope we ALL have a better week, Deidrah

Deidrah, That little bit of extra weight may just be fluid retention since you didn't get your regular water in last week. Pamper yourself this week and make sure you call your sister as often as you can to give her some comfort. We are thinking of you and your family. CeCe
