I have been slack on some of my regimen lately. I tend to skip days on my multi liquid with mega b complex and my coromega. I have always done alternate days on iron. And I give myself a B12 shot on the 1st of every month. The one supplement I am consistent on is my calcium and now I find out it is probably not being absorbed. Geez Louise! I am bad, bad, bad. But I intend to get better. I have been lucky with labs as they have always been great. I don't know if they actually check the calcium levels though.
This is part of my ME MONTH. I promise myself to do right by my vitamins and supplements!
